Instructions for Use:

• Filter placement: Use a V60 filter and rinse it with hot water.
• Add ground coffee: Pour the desired amount of coffee (about 15 g per 250 ml of water) and level the surface.
• Pre-infusion: Pour approximately 30 g of water (92–96°C) and let the coffee "bloom" for 45 seconds.
• Extraction: Continue with slow, circular pours until extraction is complete. Expect the process to take between 2:30 and 3:30 minutes, depending on filter speed and coffee grind size.
