How to Use:

• Filter placement: Use a V60 filter and rinse it with hot water.
• Add ground coffee: Pour the desired amount of coffee (about 30 g per 500 ml of water) and level its surface.
• Pre-infusion: Pour about 60 g of water (92–96°C) and let the coffee "bloom" for 45 seconds.
• Extraction: Continue with slow, circular pours until extraction is complete. The process should take 2:30 to 3:30 minutes, depending on the filter speed and coffee grind.
