The xTool MetalFab provides welding, cutting, and cleaning functions, while when combined with a CNC cutting machine, it also offers CNC cutting and cleaning capabilities. It supports continuous, spot, and pulsating welding, allowing precise control of the process for various applications – from working on delicate jewelry components to durable industrial structures.

Industrial Technology

The MetalFab uses industrial-grade Coherent chips that efficiently convert electrical energy into a powerful 1200-watt laser beam with a wavelength of 1080 nm. This technology ensures stable and accurate cutting and welding. The system handles thicknesses from 0.2 mm to 5 mm and is suitable for various metallic materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, and aluminum.

Precise Welding Regardless of Material

This fiber optic laser technology minimizes heat-affected zones to 0.05 mm, allowing accurate welding of thin metals without distortion. The high output power ensures quick melting of the metal, creating deep and narrow welds.

Smooth, Clean, and Perfect Cutting

The 1200W high-energy laser cuts up to 10 mm thick carbon steel in a single pass with high precision. With minimal heat-affected zones, it provides clean and smooth surfaces.
