METAL-X is a glossy alkyd varnish paint with high durability and hardness for interior and exterior metal surfaces. It provides a high-gloss surface with an anti-corrosive finish, does not yellow over time, dries quickly, and resists impacts and wear. Its shades remain unchanged under adverse weather conditions and washing. It is suitable for metal surfaces such as doors, railings, iron constructions, machinery, vehicles, industrial equipment, tools, and any metal construction. Preparation
Painted metal surfaces: First, sand with appropriate sandpaper to achieve a dull finish. Apply 2 coats of METAL-X.
Usage
- Application with roller, brush, or airless spray. Dilution with 5-10% WHITE SPIRIT / THINNER 135.
- Minimum application temperature 5°C.
Drying - Coverage
The ambient temperature and coating thickness determine the required drying time. Surface drying: 1-2 hours. Recoat time: 4-6 hours. Coverage: 11-15m²/lt, depending on the thickness of each coat and the absorbency of the surface.
