The Primasem bulb is intended for growing a daffodil with large, double yellow flowers in a trumpet shape. The plant grows up to 45 cm tall and has very narrow green leaves. It blooms for 3–4 weeks.
Plant in autumn in light, fertile, well-drained, neutral or acidic soil, including in lawns. It thrives in sunny or partially shaded locations and tolerates very low temperatures. After flowering, remove spent blooms, but leave the leaves in place for at least 6 weeks. The flowers can also be used as cut flowers. Propagate by dividing offsets in autumn.
