The Contemporary 12mm f/1.4 DC Sigma lens is the lightest in the Contemporary Prime series and is designed for FujiFilm X-mount mirrorless cameras with APS-C format. It provides an 18mm equivalent focal length to full frame, suitable for landscape, street, and indoor photography, as well as vlogging.

Fast and reliable autofocus is ensured through the stepping motor AF, while the large aperture allows for background blur and strong performance in low-light conditions.

Optical Construction:

  • Three double-sided aspherical elements to reduce distortion and enhance image sharpness.
  • Two low dispersion (SLD) elements to minimize chromatic aberrations.
  • 14 lens elements in 12 groups.

Highly Compact Design:

The 12mm f/1.4 DC lens is 20% shorter in length than the previous Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN lens, making it easy to fit into most bags.

Additional Features:

  • Nine-blade rounded diaphragm for smooth bokeh quality.
  • Dust and splash resistant structure with sealing.
