The ATC 03.007.0041 digital receiver receives DVB-T and DVB-T2 terrestrial channels and supports both the basic and lite DVB-T2 profiles. It decodes MPEG-1/2/4 and H.265/HEVC video at resolutions up to 1920 × 1080 at 60 fps. It connects via HDMI or USB 2.0 and also features RCA and coaxial outputs.

The GX6706S5 processor is paired with 32 × 16 Mbit of DDR2 memory and 32 MB of Flash memory. The four-digit LED display on the front shows information, while the POWER, CH+ and CH− buttons provide basic control directly on the device. Audio decoding supports MP3, AC-3, E-AC-3, AAC-LC 5.1 and WMA, among other formats.
