The 25th edition of the Pocket Criminal Code includes the new "Criminal Code," as amended by Law 5090/2024, with the provisions in effect from the implementation of Law 5090/2024 as well as those that were in effect prior to its enactment.

The provisions are updated up to Law 5224/2025, which introduces amendments to Articles 168 and 184 by expanding the definition of the respective crimes to include acts committed in higher education institutions, as well as incitement or facilitation of acts that disrupt academic functioning or involve violence (or threats of violence) against members of the university community.
