The Gigaset Pro P810b wired IP phone features a 3.36-inch colour TFT display with a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels. Its 4 programmable function keys with LED indicators can be expanded to 12 and configured for speed dial, call forwarding and status indicators. It supports up to 12 simultaneous SIP accounts, while HD audio and noise reduction technology help with calls in office environments.

For connectivity, it has two Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE support, Bluetooth 5.2 for wireless headsets, a USB 2.0 port and a headset port compatible with Gigaset EHS adapters. It is hearing-aid compatible and supports SRTP, SIPS, VPN, IPv4, IPv6 and VLAN. Remote management is available through a password-protected web interface.
