I've said a lot about Nedis products, but this one, which is also the latest for outdoor cameras, is amazing. Fantastic design, modern styling and very sturdy construction. The connection is standard; I think it needs a good Wi-Fi signal, so check that first since it will be outdoors.

The rest is magical. It has pan—the base turns, not the camera—left and right, with internal 4K zoom. Motion detection finally comes with human detection, so no more alerts for the dog or the clothes moving on the tree. It also has a loud siren and a light, and follows the “intruder” if you set an imaginary line for them to cross.

I'll wait and see how waterproof it is and how long it lasts.

Edit: I've had it for a year now; it hasn't been affected by rain or weather at all, and it's completely exposed. The very good human detection has saved me from alerts.
