The Hape Cat Island board game combines versions of Ludo and Halma with a balancing game. In Ludo, players roll the die and move their pieces around the board, trying to get all their pieces to the finish first while blocking their opponents. In Halma, they jump over pieces to move forward and reach the target area first.

The balancing game has two modes: players work together to stack cat figures on a rocking base without tipping it over, or try to destabilize their opponents’ base while keeping their own balanced.
