The Ford D-42xfo008-0 steering wheel control adapter allows you to adjust the date and time using the steering wheel controls and retains the parking sensor audio. It is designed for Ford vehicles with a factory display, a CD player below the display, and an OK and/or voice command button on the steering wheel.

The MULTILEAD connection cable is included and is compatible with Alpine, Beat, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, LG, Nakamichi, Panasonic, Philips, Pioneer, Sony, and Zenec devices. In vehicles with SYNC, SYNC functionality is not supported; SYNC and Bluetooth functions must be disabled before installation. The SYNC emergency call function is also disabled when Bluetooth is switched off. In vehicles with a factory navigation system, some adapter functions may not be compatible.
