    I wear a 46.5 in Adidas and a 46 in Nike.
    From what I found online, many people said they run narrow and recommended going one size up.
    I bought a 47 and it fits me just fine.
    I might have preferred a 46.5, but they don’t make that size, so it’s better to go a little bigger than have them rub against your feet.
    In a 47, then, my foot doesn’t move around inside; they feel snug. You can definitely wear them with thick socks too!
    As for the quality… I can’t comment because I haven’t bought them before, but they are ALPINESTARS.
