The hot water bottle can be heated in three ways:

• In an electric oven - heat up to 110°C for no more than 5 minutes.
• In a microwave - set to 300W and heat for 1 minute.

Important: Always check before use that the hot water bottle is not too hot for the child. Immediately after heating, shake the sleeve to distribute the heat evenly.

Additional information: During the first heating, water spots may appear on the surface, which will disappear afterwards. Let the hot water bottle cool completely before reheating.

The hot water bottle can also be used cold in the same way. Simply place the hot water bottle in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator until it reaches the desired temperature.
