Description

Warm Drinks, the debut album of Haris and Panos Katsimihas, was released in April 1985. Forty years later, through the pages of this book, the story of the record that changed Greek music is revived, and with it an entire era is reborn.

From the note by Manolis Rasoulis that accompanied Warm Drinks:
“I am happy and proud that finally the songs of Haris and Panos are being released, after so many years of hardships and refusals. […] The artistic entity of Haris and Panos is absolutely authentic, by nature and by essence, and their songs move swiftly toward the golden mean of modern Greek music, and they are so human that I feel them like warm drinks, in a treacherously cold winter night. They are not simply Greek songs. They are SONGS that reveal Greek beings who immerse themselves in the sweetness of the song of the human race […] ”.
