The Andes v4 Drystar jacket combines advanced functionality with sleek, modern style, ideal for adventure riders and everyday travelers. It is made from a combination of reinforced 450D polyester fabric and ripstop fabric for exceptional durability.

  • 100% waterproof protection and breathability for all weather conditions.
  • Large elastic panels made of soft fabric for mobility.
  • Removable thermal lining with long sleeves.
  • Direct ventilation on the chest with overlap closure on the back.
  • Extensive ventilation openings that improve airflow while riding.
  • Custom fit with adjusters for the waist and neck.
  • Multiple waterproof (WP) and water-resistant (WR) pockets, including two internal pockets.

Protection

  • Nucleon Flex Plus Level 1 protectors on the shoulders and elbows for effective impact protection. 
  • Fully certified riding garment according to CE standard - Abrasion Certificate - Class A.

Weather Protection

  • Drystar Membrane: Features Alpinestars' exclusive technology that offers 100% waterproofing while simultaneously allowing the body to breathe.
  • Removable Thermal Lining: Includes a padded lining (100g in the body, 80g in the sleeves) for protection against the cold, which can be easily removed on warmer days.
  • Ventilation System: Equipped with large ventilation panels on the chest and zippered vents on the back, allowing temperature regulation.

  • Nucleon Flex Plus: Includes removable protectors on the shoulders and elbows (Level 1), which are extremely flexible and discreet.

  • Tech-Air Ready: Designed to accommodate the Tech-Air® 5 or Tech-Air® 3 airbag system from Alpinestars.

  • Reinforced Materials: Impact zones (elbows) have additional reinforcement with polymer material for increased abrasion resistance.

  • Back Protector Pocket: Features an internal pocket for the placement of a Nucleon back protector (sold separately).

Comfort & Ergonomics

  • Pre-curved Design: The sleeves are pre-curved to reduce fatigue while riding.
  • Fit Adjustments: Features adjustment straps at the waist, arms, and wrists for a perfect fit on your body.
