The Ermenrich Ping SM150 includes a transmitter, receiver, and additional accessories. It is used for inspecting and maintaining cables and electrical networks, as well as water and gas pipes that are buried or embedded. The detector can locate fuses, hidden cables, and outlets, as well as control panels that may be covered by plaster during renovations. It can detect both de-energized and live cables, with a maximum voltage of 400V.
Cable inspection allows for identifying cable layouts and checking for damage, such as short circuits and open circuits. The device features a voltmeter function that can detect both DC and AC voltages. The transmitter and receiver are equipped with built-in illuminated screens and easy-to-use buttons. Automatic power-off helps conserve battery energy and extends device operation time.
