Europea is a premium plant-based cream. It has a creamy texture and rich consistency, with a color almost identical to that of dairy cream. It offers a wonderful taste that is hard to distinguish from the conventional version. It is ideal for toppings, garnishes, filling, mousse, or any sweet preparation. It maintains its stability during whipping, retaining volume and shape even under demanding preparation conditions (cooling, high temperatures, etc.). Europea will increase its volume by at least 3 times. Before use, chill in the refrigerator at 6-8⁰C. Shake the container before opening. Pour the product into a bowl, not exceeding one quarter of the bowl’s capacity, and whip with a mixer.
