    After purchasing a neck massager device, we got this product. The truth is that we expected more for the money we paid.
    It is quite powerful, but there is a big gap in the body where it does not massage, and this is on the shoulder blades and neck. There is an adjuster for the neck, but no matter where you place it, the gap remains. I am 1.61 meters tall and it leaves a gap for me. It also leaves a gap for my partner who is 1.81 meters tall.
    The massage is done vertically on the right and left sides of the spine, but not to a great extent so as to reach horizontally to the sides of our torso.
    On the sides and thighs, there is a system that inflates and applies pressure to certain points, which is quite relieving.
    There is also the option for heating during the massage, which is good.
    With all these pros and cons, we use it very often but then we do separate massages with the neck device.
