The Hydroguard One waterproofing system is resin-based, cementitious, and brush-applied. It is a single-component product mixed with water and contains hydrophobic polymers and quartz aggregates. It waterproofs horizontal and vertical surfaces, indoors and outdoors, as well as wet areas and tanks, even under positive or negative water pressure.
Apply at least two crosswise coats using a roller, brush, paintbrush, or metal trowel, at a thickness of up to 1 mm per coat. The surface must be clean and sound, and the substrate must be dampened before application. For drinking water tanks, allow 15 days for full curing, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not use as a final coating when directly exposed to sunlight.
