Bormioli Rocco Quattro Stagioni all-purpose glass jars come with lids and are intended for storing jams, sauces, pickles, and fruit in syrup. They are suitable for vacuum-sealing food and for cooking in a bain-marie.

Without the lid, the jars can be used in the microwave, provided the temperature difference does not exceed 42°C. They are not suitable for conventional ovens or electric and induction cooktops. The jars are dishwasher safe, while the lids should be hand-washed without detergent. A new lid is required for each new vacuum-sealing preparation.
