I used two such keyboard/mouse sets daily for about 2 months, and returned both because they exhibited the exact same problem: the keyboard "missed" keystrokes, even though I upgraded the firmware of both the keyboard AND the USB receiver.
For example, I would type "chairete" (hello), but it would come out as "chairte" and this happened with ALL keys, not just specific problematic ones. So, for every 20 words, on average 1–2 letters, spaces, or punctuation marks would be missing. Now imagine this happening in an entire paragraph and having to constantly correct such omissions...
The problem occurred both on a Windows 11 laptop and a Linux desktop, with the distance between the keyboard and the computer's USB port being just a few centimeters in both cases, with no obstacles between them. Before the firmware upgrade, the situation was hopeless. However, even after the upgrade, letters were still missing, just less frequently!
This has never happened to me with ANY other wireless keyboard (Logitech, Microsoft, Dell, Natec, Trust...)!
Additionally, on Linux, the configuration software never detected the USB receiver or the keyboard in Chrome and Opera browsers. Only with Edge on W11. However, Keychron's packaging states Linux compatibility...
Since this problem occurred with two separate units, I would say do not choose this keyboard/mouse.

Very good membrane keyboard, it surprised me positively. I didn't need the mouse since I already had one so I didn't test it, but in general it's a very small laptop mouse for emergencies - not for everyday use. The price is a bit high for what the keyboard offers, but if you absolutely need to have a Greek layout on your keyboard, it's a pretty good choice. If not, it's better to buy a mechanical one

Η τιμή είναι λίγο τσιμπημένη για αυτό που προσφέρει το πληκτρολόγιο αλλά αν πρέπει ντε και καλά να έχετε ελληνική διάταξη στο πληκτρολόγιο σας, είναι αρκετά καλή επιλογή. Αν όχι καλύτερα αγοράστε ένα μηχανικό
Excellent product in terms of price/performance ratio. Surely there are better keyboards and mice, but at much higher prices. However, it is a quality construction with an excellent keyboard feel (no noise) and an average mouse feel (very plastic), but it works well and comfortably, as long as someone is not very fast.

This has never happened to me with ANY other wireless keyboard (Logitech, Microsoft, Dell, Natec, Trust...)!
Additionally, on Linux, the configuration software never detected the USB receiver or the keyboard in Chrome and Opera browsers. Only with Edge on W11. However, Keychron's packaging states Linux compatibility...
Since this problem occurred with two separate units, I would say do not choose this keyboard/mouse.

+ λογισμικό παραμετροποίησης/αναβάθμισης ανεξάρτητο του λειτουργικού συστήματος
+ "βουτυρένια" αίσθηση πλήκτρων
+ λογική τιμή για πληκτρολόγιο και ποντίκι (~€48)
- το πληκτρολόγιο "χάνει" πατήματα πλήκτρων όταν είναι ασύρματα συνδεδεμένο, είτε με BT, είτε με το USB δέκτη
- το λογισμικό δε δουλεύει πάντα με τους υποστηριζόμενους περιηγητές (Chrome, Edge, και Opera)
Χρησιμοποίησα δύο τέτοια πληκτρολόγια/ποντίκια καθημερινά για περίπου 2 μήνες, και τα επέστρεψα και τα δύο διότι παρουσίασαν το ίδιο ακριβώς πρόβλημα: το πληκτρολόγιο "έχανε" πατήματα πλήκτρων, παρ' όλο που αναβάθμισα το υλικολογισμικό (firmware) του πληκτρολογίου ΚΑΙ του USB δέκτη.
Π.χ., πληκτρολογούσα "χαίρετε", αλλά έγραφα "χαίρτε" και αυτό συνέβαινε με ΟΛΑ τα πλήκτρα, όχι με συγκεκριμένα προβληματικά πλήκτρα. Επομένως, ανά 20 λέξεις, θα έλειπαν κατά μέσο όρο 1–2 γράμματα, κενά, ή σημεία στίξης. Σκεφτείτε τώρα να γίνεται αυτό σε μια ολόκληρη παράγραφο και να πρέπει να διορθώνετε κάθε τόσο τέτοιες ελλείψεις...
Το πρόβλημα παρουσιάστηκε και σε Windows 11 laptop και σε Linux desktop, με την απόσταση μεταξύ πληκτρολογίου και θύρας USB του υπολογιστή να είναι μόλις μερικά εκατοστά και στις δύο περιπτώσεις, χωρίς κανένα εμπόδιο ανάμεσά τους. Πριν την αναβάθμιση του υλικολογισμικού, η κατάσταση ήταν απελπιστική. Ωστόσο, ακόμη και μετά την αναβάθμιση, πάλι έλειπαν γράμματα, απλά λιγότερο συχνά!
Κάτι τέτοιο δε μου έχει ξανασυμβεί με ΚΑΝΕΝΑ άλλο ασύρματο πληκτρολόγιο (Logitech, Microsoft, Dell, Natec, Trust...)!
Επιπλέον, σε λειτουργικό Linux, το λογισμικό παραμετροποίησης δεν εντόπισε ποτέ τον USB δέκτη ούτε το πληκτρολόγιο στους περιηγητές Chrome και Opera. Μόνο με Edge σε λειτουργικό W11. Η συσκευασία της Keychron, ωστόσο, αναφέρει συμβατότητα με Linux...
Εφ' όσον το πρόβλημα αυτό παρουσιάστηκε σε δύο ξεχωριστά τεμάχια, θα έλεγα να μην προτιμήσετε αυτό το πληκτρολόγιο/ποντίκι.
Very good membrane keyboard, it surprised me positively. I didn't need the mouse since I already had one so I didn't test it, but in general it's a very small laptop mouse for emergencies - not for everyday use. The price is a bit high for what the keyboard offers, but if you absolutely need to have a Greek layout on your keyboard, it's a pretty good choice. If not, it's better to buy a mechanical one
Πολύ καλό πληκτρολόγιο για μεμβράνης, με εξέπληξε θετικά. Το ποντίκι δεν το χρειαζόμουν καθώς είχα οπότε δεν το τέσταρα αλλά γενικά είναι πολύ μικρό ποντίκι λάπτοπ για ώρα ανάγκης - όχι για καθημερινή χρήση. Η τιμή είναι λίγο τσιμπημένη για αυτό που προσφέρει το πληκτρολόγιο αλλά αν πρέπει ντε και καλά να έχετε ελληνική διάταξη στο πληκτρολόγιο σας, είναι αρκετά καλή επιλογή. Αν όχι καλύτερα αγοράστε ένα μηχανικό
Excellent product in terms of price/performance ratio. Surely there are better keyboards and mice, but at much higher prices. However, it is a quality construction with an excellent keyboard feel (no noise) and an average mouse feel (very plastic), but it works well and comfortably, as long as someone is not very fast.
Άριστο προϊόν σαν σχέση τιμής/απόδοσης. Σίγουρα υπάρχουν καλύτερα πληκτρολόγια και ποντίκια, αλλά σε πολλαπλάσιες τιμές. Πάντως είναι ποιοτική κατασκευή με άριστη αίσθηση πληκτρολογίου (χωρίς θόρυβο) και μέτρια αίσθηση ποντικιού (πολύ πλαστικό) που όμως δουλεύει καλά και ξεκούραστα, εάν κάποιος δεν είναι πολύ γρήγορος.
