The suede leather upper features a protective rubber toe cap and a rubber rand around the sides to protect against abrasion on rocks. The Gore-Tex Extended Comfort membrane provides waterproof protection while allowing internal moisture to escape.
The Vibram MegaGrip outsole incorporates the Impact Brake System for better control on descents, as well as a climbing zone at the front for precision on technical sections. The compression-moulded EVA midsole and OrthoLite Hybrid Approach footbed help absorb impact. The Mythos lacing system wraps around the heel for an adjustable fit.
