Usage Instructions for Cast Iron Cookware

• Step 1: Cleaning - Hand wash your cast iron cookware. You can use a small amount of soap if desired. If needed, use a scraper to remove stuck-on food. For stubborn stains, simmer a little water for 3-5 minutes and then use the scraper once the pan has cooled down.
• Step 2: Drying - Immediately and carefully dry with a lint-free cloth or paper towel. If you notice a slight black residue on your towel, it is simply the seasoning and is completely normal.
• Step 3: Apply a little oil - Lightly coat the surface of your cookware with cooking oil or seasoning spray. Use a paper towel to wipe the surface until no oil residue remains.
