It could have been an excellent book if it had an epilogue. But it doesn't, thus nullifying the whole story and leaving strange insinuations in an era with a thousand dangers for children. Make an effort and write an epilogue suitable for young children, otherwise, what really remains is that a stranger loves us, a stranger who could be anyone and with any motives.
