Directions for Use: Apply a small amount of the special Glitter glue onto a fine brush or a cotton swab and draw the area where you want to place the Glitter. Using a brush or your fingers, apply the Glitter onto the same area and allow to dry. Rinse with water or a gentle facial cleanser, or even with a makeup wipe.
