One of the best Lego builds we have done. Certainly the most nostalgic. Excellent building experience, without repetitions and in a relatively short period of time. The final result is quite close to the original both in appearance and in the sense of weight and size. The feel of the buttons and keys is impressive, being quite close to the authentic handheld game console.
The price is excellent (if you search, you will find it for under 60 euros at the time of writing) considering the number of pieces, as well as the number of printed details on some of the "bricks." The attention to detail in this set is also evident from the Super Mario and Legend of Zelda cartridges, which, besides the stickers, also have interior details that refer to the authentic Game Pak (e.g., the battery inside Link's Awakening for saves).
Finally, the animated scenes from the games along with the one with the Nintendo logo can be very easily placed on the Game Boy screen, while the bases for the Game Paks and the system complete the perfect presentation.
Small and... miraculous just like the authentic Game Boy.
Μία από τις καλύτερες κατασκευές Lego που έχουμε κάνει. Σίγουρα η πιο νοσταλγική. Εξαιρετική η εμπειρία υλοποίησης, χωρίς επαναλήψεις και σε σχετικά σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα. Το τελικό αποτέλεσμα αρκετά κοντά στο πρωτότυπο τόσο σε εμφάνιση όσο και σε αίσθηση βάρους και μεγέθους. Εντύπωση προκαλεί η αίσθηση των κουμπιών και των πλήκτρων που είναι αρκετά κοντά στην αυθεντική φορητή παιχνιδιομηχανή.
Εξαιρετική η τιμή ( αν ψάξετε θα το βρείτε σε τιμές κάτω των 60 ευρώ τη στιγμή που μιλάμε ) αν λάβουμε υπόψη τον αριθμό των κομματιών, καθώς και το πλήθος των τυπωμένων λεπτομερειών σε κάποια από τα "τουβλάκια". Η προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια σε αυτό το σετ φαίνεται και από τις κασέτες των Super Mario και Legend of Zelda που πέρα από τα αυτοκόλλητα έχουν και λεπτομέρειες στο εσωτερικό τους, οι οποίες παραπέμπουν στα αυθεντικά Game Pak ( π.χ. η μπαταρία στο εσωτερικό του Link's Awakening για τα save ).
Τέλος, τα κινούμενα στιγμιότυπα από τα παιχνίδια μαζί με εκείνο με το logo της Nintendo μπορούν να τοποθετηθούν πολύ εύκολα στην οθόνη του Game Boy ενώ την άρτια παρουσίαση ολοκληρώνουν οι βάσεις για τα Game Pak και το σύστημα.
Μικρό και ... θαυματουργό όπως και το αυθεντικό Game Boy.
