Very good water solubility, I did not notice bloating, and good support for the body after gym training

Very sweet, medium texture, medium dissolving, and way TOO much foam for no reason

This is the most delicious protein I ever had (Belgian Chocolate flavor). The protein itself is great, doesn't cause bloating or any other discomfort, even with mild lactose intolerance. And I don't know what experience or standards some other reviewers had with it mixing, it mixed very well and easy in water for me, absolutely no issues.

Good value for money protein but it does not dissolve well at all, I have tried both with water and liquid egg whites but it always leaves small pieces inside. Since it is cheap, if someone is not bothered by the solubility then it is worth it.

Coming from Kevin Levrone Iso, and since they are at about the same price, I decided to try this one as well. I wasn't particularly impressed with its solubility and texture, as even in a shaker it doesn't dissolve completely and is quite thick. In yogurt, it becomes very dense and makes mixing difficult. As for taste, the Belgian Chocolate is good.

Very good value for its price, some may find it a bit sweet (you can add more water or milk and solve this problem) but I like it. The only thing I noticed compared to branded isos is the solubility, but the difference is small (the branded ones become almost like water when mixed, this one feels a bit thicker but I don't think that's a problem either...) so I will choose this one again, plus I support the Greek market

I have tried strawberry (unfortunately the 2kg one and I didn't like it!) and this time I went conservatively with this Belgian chocolate in the 908g package. It has an amazing taste and excellent solubility! As soon as I finish the 908g, I will order the 2kg one!!

I have never commented on Skroutz before but this one really deserves it! Fantastic taste again! Last time I bought the regular chocolate and now I got the Belgian one and it is just as wonderful! It smells like real chocolate and has real pieces inside! I have to say I was completely negative about proteins and just smelling them made me nauseous. These ones are fantastic and haven’t caused me the slightest problem! I also add them to various recipes! I will definitely buy the other flavors too! Seriously, don’t think twice! It’s a very good protein! I don’t dare buy another one in case it causes me discomfort again. Also, it has a very good protein content as well as BCAAs and contains vitamins too! Value for money 100%!

for its price I think it's very decent, it just has terrible solubility but at such a price you get what you pay for

Excellent texture and amazing taste, the Belgian chocolate. Previously, I had bought the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Double Rich Chocolate and it was generally ok but had a watery texture and weak taste. The Greek GoldTouch Nutrition Iso is much better in the important aspects (purity - % ISO, protein content per ml, amino acids, less lactose, etc.) and in my opinion, much tastier and with a much better texture. You feel like you’re drinking a milkshake with a deep chocolate aroma.

I have read almost all the comments here. I have to say that this is the 8th one I buy and I never had a problem with lumps or the problems I read about. Always shake in a shaker by hand. I don't know what you are doing wrong and what quantity you are using. The dosage amount is written on the scoop.

In terms of taste, it's like swallowing sand with a milky aftertaste; if you can get past that, it's a super protein for its price.

Very clean and pure product of top quality! Suitable for advanced athletes BUT especially for young people for whom we need to be sure what they are "putting" into their bodies.

one of the best proteins.. flavors chocolate hazelnut, Belgium choco, brownie are very good flavors.. you smell it and it doesn't give you that fake chemical scent that others do.. those of you who say it doesn't dissolve well probably don't have much intelligence.. the pieces specifically in the chocolate hazelnut flavor are not lumps, they are part of the flavor as if it has pieces of hazelnut.. I mean, come on. it dissolves perfectly and doesn't foam at all

I have tried the vanilla and cookie dough flavors, I prefer the latter, it is less sweet and more soluble, excellent in results, no side effects, I highly recommend it!!!

Chocolate flavor. It doesn't dissolve at all and in the end there were some hard lumps left. The taste is very bad.

As a protein, I think it does what it promises. It doesn't dissolve easily and I didn't like the taste at all.

While I have ordered this particular protein from various stores and was satisfied with its solubility, taste, etc., in my last order from a store, the protein I received did not dissolve well and formed lumps when I mixed it with milk, and the powder looked a bit different than usual. I suspect that the store may have stored it in a humid place or that this batch was problematic. Otherwise, I am satisfied with this protein as a brand. The three stars are for the store from which I made the purchase

Value for money, dissolves well in water and milk (at least 60" shaking) and most importantly, does not cause bloating. Although of secondary importance, the taste is amazing...

I don't drink this protein but use it only for yogurt and similar things, the biscuit flavor doesn't dissolve so well in water but in yogurt it's fine, the chocolate hazelnut flavor doesn't dissolve well even in yogurt so I end up chewing it sometimes. As for taste, both are incredible.

I have been using it for 1 week with 2 servings (scoops) daily. I will only refer to the solubility and taste since the results on the muscles will be seen in the long term. So, here’s the thing... no matter how much I stir it with water (I prefer it over other liquids e.g. juice, milk) it does not dissolve and you get the feeling that the water contains powder. Personally, having tried more than 12 supplements, I do not like this. The taste (Cookie dough) is satisfactory with water - quite sweet with milk, which I tried once. That’s all for now. Quality in a protein is not just about taste, as many consumers mainly comment, but the quality of the ingredients, the effect it has on the body, and how easy it is to digest for each stomach.
According to these, for me it is a very good protein, comparable to Dymatize ISO100 whey.
I found the solubility just as easy as Dymatize.
As for the taste, it would be preferable for someone to try a small amount before buying a larger one. For me, it was the best taste I have tried among 7-8 different proteins.

I don't see much in terms of muscle growth... the only thing that has increased is my satiety after consuming it with yogurt and fruit.

The taste is very good, perhaps even too sweet for my liking. It dissolves relatively difficultly, and the mixture becomes quite thick and settles in the shaker in a few minutes. So you can't dissolve it in anything other than water or orange juice. In juice, it has better solubility than anything else. Just if I don't want to burden myself with the extra calories of the juice, water is the only option. However, it is a bit heavy in texture and taste. I've tried better ones
