A tactical board game for 2 players. Players wage a battle of colors, each with 32 pieces. The winner is the player with the most pieces in their color at the end of the game.

Othello may seem like one of the simplest board games, as its rules are quite easy to understand. At the same time, it is a challenging and exciting strategy game, full of twists that can turn black into white with a single move!

The game is played on a board consisting of 64 squares. There are 64 two-sided pieces in total, with a different color on each side. The main idea of the game is to flip the opponent’s pieces. For example, when a piece is placed in the same row—horizontally or diagonally—as another piece of the same color, any pieces of the other color caught between them are flipped to match the color of the pieces that have trapped them.

On their turn, each player places a piece with their color facing up. The piece must be placed so that it flips at least one of the opponent’s pieces. If this is not possible, the player forfeits their turn. Once all the pieces have been placed on the wooden board, each player counts the pieces in their color. The player with the most pieces wins.
