The StarTech Cat.6 network cable connects Ethernet devices such as computers, routers, switches, and modems to home and business networks. Its slim, flexible design makes it easier to route through tight spaces and organize cables in crowded racks and panels, while helping improve airflow. It supports Gigabit Ethernet speeds of up to 1000 Mbit/s and PoE power delivery of up to 90 W (PoE++ IEEE 802.3bt Type 4).

It has male RJ45 connectors at both ends, with a snagless design that protects the clips and reduces the risk of them breaking or catching during installation. The cable consists of four pairs of unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) 28 AWG copper conductors, with 50-micron gold-plated contacts and an LSZH jacket. It meets the ANSI/TIA-568-C.2 standard and has been tested using Fluke equipment.
