I bought 3 for installation on radiator bodies (except for the bathroom). The plumber said that they can be installed in the way you see in the picture. We will see in practice how much energy we will save, how the whole system works in general, and if the natural gas bills will be cheaper.

21/10/23: I am coming back to say that they do indeed do the job they are supposed to do. However, you need to adjust the temperature of the burner below 70 degrees because it will constantly give you overheating errors if it is set at 80 degrees like mine was. The plumber suggested setting it at 60, but I have it at 65, so it still works. I adjust how much heat I want in each room, or I completely turn off the ones where I don't want heat.

WARNING, they make noise. I say this because as soon as the body goes out (because the desired temperature has been reached), you constantly hear a ticking sound and it makes noise to the point where you can't find peace no matter what you do. I will try to contact the plumber who installed them to see if we can figure something out...

15/2/24: Unfortunately, you don't save any money! Is it possible for me to live alone in a 50 sq.m. house and receive a bill with a consumption of 1500 cubic meters for one month? It's a crappy system! Whether you have a simple thermostat (where all the radiators turn on at full power) or you put heads on them, it's the same sh*t. I didn't have all the radiators on 5! I had one on 5 and the others somewhere around 3. Unfortunately, it's a pure scam because simply put, energy-efficient heating in Greece is unknown. This country lacks innovation. Those who say that the heads save money are either clueless or trying to sell something. The heads that exist all over Europe are not "thermostatic". They are simple heads that you adjust from 0 to 5, depending on the intensity of heat you want in each room. The temperature in the room has nothing to do with it, nor do they "read" the ambient temperature. I regret putting them on. In general, anyone who has a natural gas boiler with a thermostat, the whole system is a joke (you might say that's how the heating system in Greece works). Yes, but it's wrong. It charges you based on the hours you use the heating, not the actual fuel consumption or anything else. All I know is that when you want heating, you open the radiator from the head on the sides and pay for what you consumed. What thermostatic heads, gas boilers, circulators, and nonsense.
