The 64th edition includes the extensive amendments of Law 5221/2025 to the Civil Code, Code of Civil Procedure, Code of Criminal Procedure, and Presidential Decree 18/1989 (Council of State). Since the majority of the amendments introduced by the above law to the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure and the Civil Code come into effect from 1.1.2026 (with some provisions from 1.11.2025), it was deemed appropriate to also include the form of the provisions as they stand before the amendment.
