The Klausberg cooking utensil set includes five knives, five kitchen tools, a double-sided cutting board, and a stand. The knives are made from high-carbon Ferrinox 18/10 stainless steel and have ergonomic, non-slip handles. The tools are made from thermoplastic nylon that withstands temperatures up to 200 °C and will not scratch cookware surfaces.

The plastic cutting board does not absorb odors and offers increased resistance to use and abrasion. For the knives, use on wooden or plastic cutting boards is recommended. Hand-wash only; do not put them in the dishwasher.
