The high-performance thermal pads of the Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad series feature a highly elastic and flexible surface with excellent thermal conductivity, capable of effectively filling even the smallest gaps between components. They are made from a composite silicon ceramic combined with aluminum nanooxide, providing continuous and optimal heat transfer. All pads are environmentally friendly and comply with RoHS specifications.
The Minus Pads 8 are available in sizes 30x30mm, 120x20mm, 100x100mm and thicknesses of 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, and 2mm.
