The Levenhuk MED 25T educational microscope features a trinocular head and plan achromatic optics, with magnification from 40x to 1000x. It is suitable for laboratory research and brightfield and darkfield observations, and supports Köhler illumination adjustment. The optical surfaces have an anti-fungal coating.
The head rotates 360° and is inclined at 30°. Its vertical tube can accommodate a digital camera, sold separately. The 10x wide-field eyepieces have diopter adjustment, while the 100x objective supports oil-immersion observation. The two-layer stage has a mechanical scale for positioning samples, and focus can be adjusted coarsely or precisely.
The Abbe condenser has an iris diaphragm and a filter holder for brightfield observations. A darkfield condenser is included and can also be used with oil immersion. Illumination is provided by a 20 W halogen lamp, with adjustable brightness and AC power.
