Coming from the MX Master 2S, the Master 4 is a very good upgrade. The ergonomics of the side buttons are a bit different but I got used to it easily, the grip is similar, the scroll is much better, the USB-C more convenient, the haptic thumb panel + Action Ring are welcome new additions, the new plastic feels better and finally the battery is much better, you forget when you last charged it. The biggest change was the silent click, which feels strange at first but once you get used to it you wonder how you tolerated the noise for so many years. Overall, very satisfied.

I like the feel of it and its design helps a lot with use due to the many hours I spend on the computer.

I was hesitant because of older mice that had something like rubber. Here it is plastic and so far it’s going well. Very good grip. I expected it to be worse since I’ve been using symmetrical mice for years. But in the end, it fits the hand very well. The size helps too, since it’s a bit of a beast. The only bad thing is the scroll wheel. I previously had the Microsoft Designer Mouse and it had a very stiff wheel. So you needed force to move it and I had gotten quite used to it. Now it bothers me that it’s relatively loose. I won’t comment on the infinite scrolling since I don’t even have a sense of the wheel.
The shortcuts are a bonus and I’ve set some of my own there. I don’t use professional applications to make much use of them, just some minor stuff.
Ήμουν διστακτικός λόγω των παλιότερων ποντικιών που είχαν κάτι σαν λάστιχο. Εδώ είναι πλαστικό κάι μέχρι στιγμής πάει καλά. Κράτημα πολύ καλό. Το περίμενα χειρότερο μιας που χρησιμοποιώ συμμετρικά ποντίκια εδώ και χρόνια. Αλλά τελικά αγκαλιάζει το χέρι πολύ καλά. Βοηθάει και το μέγεθος μιας που είναι ολίγον τέρας. Το μόνο άσχημο είναι η ροδέλα. Είχα πριν το Microsoft Designer Mouse και είχε πολύ σκληρή ροδέλα. Οπότε ήθελε δύναμη να την κινήσεις και το είχα συνηθήσει αρκετά. Τώρα με χαλάει που είναι σχετικά χαλαρή. Το infinite scrolling δεν το σχολιάζω καθώς δεν έχω καν αίσθηση της ροδέλας.
Οι συντομεύσεις είναι ένα έξτρα και έχω βάλει κάτι δικά μου εκεί. Δεν δουλεύω επαγγελματικές εφαρμογές να κάνω αρκετή χρήση άλλα κάτι "ψιλά".
The Logitech MX Master 4 is the classic example of perfect hardware, terrible software.
Ergonomically? Flawless. One of the most comfortable mice I have ever used, ideal for long hours of work. The build quality is also top-notch and clearly improved compared to the previous model.
And that's where the good things end.
The software is disappointing to the point that it cancels out basic features of the device. The infamous Action Ring is essentially useless when used with ADOBE programs. In practice, not only does it not help, but it actually manages to slow down the workflow.
Tested the Action Ring plugin with Illustrator and Photoshop: delays, freezes, and frustration. Instead of speeding up the work, it slows it down. Simple keyboard shortcuts are much faster and more reliable.
I face the same freezes with the haptic feedback plugin. If it is enabled in Illustrator and Photoshop, it creates a delay and freezing in the program. As soon as I disabled it, everything ran smoothly.
I honestly wonder how it's even a selling point on the box that it works with Adobe programs.

Από εργονομία; Άψογο. Από τα πιο άνετα ποντίκια που έχω χρησιμοποιήσει, ιδανικό για πολύωρη δουλειά. Η ποιότητα κατασκευής είναι επίσης κορυφαία και ξεκάθαρα βελτιωμένη σε σχέση με το προηγούμενο μοντέλο.

Δοκιμή plugin του Action Ring με Illustrator και Photoshop: καθυστερήσεις, κολλήματα και εκνευρισμός. Αντί να επιταχύνει τη δουλειά, τη φρενάρει. Τα απλά keyboard shortcuts είναι πολύ πιο γρήγορα και αξιόπιστα.
Τα ιδια κολλυματα αντιμετωπιζω και με το plugin του haptic feedback. Aν είναι ενεργοποιημένο σε Illustrator και Photoshop δημιουργεί μια καθυστερήση και κόλλημα στο προγράμμα. Με του που το απενεργοποίησα ολα κυλούν ομάλα.
Πραγματικά απορώ που ειναι και selling point πανω στο κουτι του οτι συνεργάζετε με τα προγράμματα της Adobe.

Coming from the MX Master 3s, which I have owned for 2 years, I couldn't upgrade to any other mouse except this one.
The upgrade happened because the 3s developed a problem with the left click, so I was forced to look for an alternative. In my opinion, if you already own the 3s, I would say it's not worth buying the MX Master 4, at least at its current price (140€).
Any video you see online telling you that the upgrade from the previous model is worth it, check first if it is sponsored and then draw your own conclusions.
And that's because it doesn't really offer anything more except for the haptic feedback, the vibration it makes in some functions, as well as better build quality, I would say (time will tell, of course), compared to the rubber surface of the 3s which got dirty over time.
All other functions, such as the famous action ring that the MX Master 4 is selling us, are also available on the 3s and you can customize them through Logi Options+.
The grip is a little bit worse than the 3s, at least for my large hands. The thumb sticks out a bit more due to the slightly protruding side button and it doesn't fit the hand as well as the previous one. Small detail.
It definitely deserves the 5 stars though. I am not evaluating it in comparison to the previous one but based on what it ultimately offers for its price.
Personally, I use it in Adobe applications. Logitech's software is years ahead and you can fill it with shortcuts and customize every button as you like for each program separately. Comfortable to hold and it doesn't tire you even after many hours of use. Also, you forget to charge it.
At 140€ where it is now, though, it's expensive and in my opinion, the 3s is a better choice at 90€ where it is currently available.

Fantastic. Worth it... although if it was priced at a hundred it would be much better for what it offers. Its software for Mac, which I tried, has a few bugs but I hope they will be fixed soon..

Excellent mouse with many features for productive, long hours of work. It works normally on a glass surface.
One downside I find is that it doesn't hug the thumb like the previous two models did, and that's something that helped me immensely because it gave me absolute control. With this particular mouse, I struggle a bit in that area. Maybe it's just a matter of getting used to it, though. We'll see.
Also, the vibration the user feels on their thumb is something unprecedented and unexpected for a mouse and, of course, welcome.
I highly recommend it for anyone who works many hours on the computer.
Άριστο ποντίκι με πολλές δυνατότητες για παραγωγική πολύωρη εργασία. Δουλεύει κανονικά σε επιφάνεια με γυαλί.
Ένα μείον που του βρίσκω είναι ότι δεν αγκαλιάζει τον αντίχειρα, όπως τον αγκάλιαζαν τα δύο προηγούμενα μοντέλα και είναι κάτι το οποίο με εξυπηρετούσε αφάνταστα, γιατί μου έδινε τον απόλυτο έλεγχο. Στο συγκεκριμένο ποντίκι δυσκολεύομαι λιγάκι σ' αυτό το κομμάτι. Ίσως είναι και θέμα συνήθειας, βέβαια. Ίδωμεν.
Επίσης, η δόνηση που νιώθει ο χρήστης στον αντίχειρά του είναι κάτι πρωτόγνωρο και απρόσμενο για ποντίκι και φυσικά ευπρόσδεκτο.
Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα για κάποιον που δουλεύει αρκετές ώρες στον υπολογιστή.

I waited quite a while for you to release the 4 so I could upgrade to a serious mouse. In terms of quality, after the first few days of use, it has a huge difference from the previous mice I was using, amazing customization on all the buttons and very good integration with Mac. Overall, an amazing mouse for productivity.

Amazing grip and perfect movement feeling with the vibration. Especially when you have icons on the desktop and you move the mouse over them, it does something like haptic, as if there's something here. The action ring is also nice for me since I'm not into macros.
I'll come back in about a year for build quality.

It is different from the 3s in terms of grip and takes some getting used to. In the first 10 minutes I used it, it didn't suit me because I was used to the rubber of the 3s. Gradually, however, you get used to it in a good way and you can do your job as before.
The action ring is AMAZING from every perspective! You put the main programs you open at work or other shortcuts and it's killer!
The side wheel is finally higher and once you understand its grip, it becomes very, very useful for editing, etc.

Is it worth the 139? Probably not. I would suggest waiting for the price to drop close to 100 to be value for money.

Είναι διαφορετικό απο το 3s στο κράτημα και θέλει συνήθεια. Στα πρώτα 10 λεπτά που το δούλεψα δε με βόλεψε γιατι συνήθισα το rubber του 3s. Σιγά σιγά όμως το συνηθίζεις με τη καλή έννοια και κάνεις οπως πρίν τη δουλειά σου.
Το action ring ειναι ΤΡΟΜΕΡΟ απο ολες τις αποψεις! Βαζεις τα κυρια προγράμματα που ανοίγεις στη δουλειά σου ή αλλες συντομεύσεις και σκοτώνει!
Η πλαϊνή ρόδα είναι επιτέλους πιο ψηλα και μολις καταλάβεις το grip της γίνεται πολύ πολύ χρήσιμη σε editing κλπ.
Γενικά επιτέλους έβγαλαν το κακο rubber και εχει ενα καλο πλαστικό.

Coming from the MX Master 2S, the Master 4 is a very good upgrade. The ergonomics of the side buttons are a bit different but I got used to it easily, the grip is similar, the scroll is much better, the USB-C more convenient, the haptic thumb panel + Action Ring are welcome new additions, the new plastic feels better and finally the battery is much better, you forget when you last charged it. The biggest change was the silent click, which feels strange at first but once you get used to it you wonder how you tolerated the noise for so many years. Overall, very satisfied.

I was hesitant because of older mice that had something like rubber. Here it is plastic and so far it’s going well. Very good grip. I expected it to be worse since I’ve been using symmetrical mice for years. But in the end, it fits the hand very well. The size helps too, since it’s a bit of a beast. The only bad thing is the scroll wheel. I previously had the Microsoft Designer Mouse and it had a very stiff wheel. So you needed force to move it and I had gotten quite used to it. Now it bothers me that it’s relatively loose. I won’t comment on the infinite scrolling since I don’t even have a sense of the wheel.
The shortcuts are a bonus and I’ve set some of my own there. I don’t use professional applications to make much use of them, just some minor stuff.

The software is disappointing to the point that it cancels out basic features of the device. The infamous Action Ring is essentially useless when used with ADOBE programs. In practice, not only does it not help, but it actually manages to slow down the workflow.
Tested the Action Ring plugin with Illustrator and Photoshop: delays, freezes, and frustration. Instead of speeding up the work, it slows it down. Simple keyboard shortcuts are much faster and more reliable.
I face the same freezes with the haptic feedback plugin. If it is enabled in Illustrator and Photoshop, it creates a delay and freezing in the program. As soon as I disabled it, everything ran smoothly.
I honestly wonder how it's even a selling point on the box that it works with Adobe programs.

An essential tool for anyone whose life revolves around spending many hours on a computer. Very good quality. Personally, it doesn't seem to stain easily either. It has countless functions and settings for whatever you want to achieve. It is compatible with macOS and replaces the trackpad since with this you don't need gestures. Finally, I have a medium to small hand and yet I can reach all the buttons normally without any problem.
Απαραίτητο εργαλείο για κάθε άνθρωπο που η ζωή του βρίσκεται γύρω από τις πολλές ώρες σε υπολογιστή. Πολύ καλό ποιοτικά. Εμένα προσωπικά δε μου φαίνεται να αφήνει εύκολα λεκέδες επίσης. Έχει άπειρες λειτουργίες και ρυθμίσεις στο τι θες να πετύχεις. Είναι συμβατό με macOS και αντικαθιστάς το trackpad καθώς με αυτό δε χρειάζεσαι gestures. Τέλος, εγώ έχω μέτριο προς μικρό χέρι και παρολ αυτά τα κουμπιά όλα τα φτάνω κανονικά χωρίς πρόβλημα.

Coming from the MX Master 3s, which I have owned for 2 years, I couldn't upgrade to any other mouse except this one.
The upgrade happened because the 3s developed a problem with the left click, so I was forced to look for an alternative. In my opinion, if you already own the 3s, I would say it's not worth buying the MX Master 4, at least at its current price (140€).
Any video you see online telling you that the upgrade from the previous model is worth it, check first if it is sponsored and then draw your own conclusions.
And that's because it doesn't really offer anything more except for the haptic feedback, the vibration it makes in some functions, as well as better build quality, I would say (time will tell, of course), compared to the rubber surface of the 3s which got dirty over time.
All other functions, such as the famous action ring that the MX Master 4 is selling us, are also available on the 3s and you can customize them through Logi Options+.
The grip is a little bit worse than the 3s, at least for my large hands. The thumb sticks out a bit more due to the slightly protruding side button and it doesn't fit the hand as well as the previous one. Small detail.
It definitely deserves the 5 stars though. I am not evaluating it in comparison to the previous one but based on what it ultimately offers for its price.
Personally, I use it in Adobe applications. Logitech's software is years ahead and you can fill it with shortcuts and customize every button as you like for each program separately. Comfortable to hold and it doesn't tire you even after many hours of use. Also, you forget to charge it.
At 140€ where it is now, though, it's expensive and in my opinion, the 3s is a better choice at 90€ where it is currently available.

Fantastic. Worth it... although if it was priced at a hundred it would be much better for what it offers. Its software for Mac, which I tried, has a few bugs but I hope they will be fixed soon..

Excellent mouse with many features for productive, long hours of work. It works normally on a glass surface.
One downside I find is that it doesn't hug the thumb like the previous two models did, and that's something that helped me immensely because it gave me absolute control. With this particular mouse, I struggle a bit in that area. Maybe it's just a matter of getting used to it, though. We'll see.

I waited quite a while for you to release the 4 so I could upgrade to a serious mouse. In terms of quality, after the first few days of use, it has a huge difference from the previous mice I was using, amazing customization on all the buttons and very good integration with Mac. Overall, an amazing mouse for productivity.

Amazing grip and perfect movement feeling with the vibration. Especially when you have icons on the desktop and you move the mouse over them, it does something like haptic, as if there's something here. The action ring is also nice for me since I'm not into macros.

Είναι διαφορετικό απο το 3s στο κράτημα και θέλει συνήθεια. Στα πρώτα 10 λεπτά που το δούλεψα δε με βόλεψε γιατι συνήθισα το rubber του 3s. Σιγά σιγά όμως το συνηθίζεις με τη καλή έννοια και κάνεις οπως πρίν τη δουλειά σου.
Το action ring ειναι ΤΡΟΜΕΡΟ απο ολες τις αποψεις! Βαζεις τα κυρια προγράμματα που ανοίγεις στη δουλειά σου ή αλλες συντομεύσεις και σκοτώνει!
Η πλαϊνή ρόδα είναι επιτέλους πιο ψηλα και μολις καταλάβεις το grip της γίνεται πολύ πολύ χρήσιμη σε editing κλπ.
Γενικά επιτέλους έβγαλαν το κακο rubber και εχει ενα καλο πλαστικό.
Αξιζει τα 139? Μάλλον οχι. Θα πρότεινα υπομονή να πεσει κοντα στα 100 να ειναι vfm.

Coming from the MX Master 2S, the Master 4 is a very good upgrade. The ergonomics of the side buttons are a bit different but I got used to it easily, the grip is similar, the scroll is much better, the USB-C more convenient, the haptic thumb panel + Action Ring are welcome new additions, the new plastic feels better and finally the battery is much better, you forget when you last charged it. The biggest change was the silent click, which feels strange at first but once you get used to it you wonder how you tolerated the noise for so many years. Overall, very satisfied.

I was hesitant because of older mice that had something like rubber. Here it is plastic and so far it’s going well. Very good grip. I expected it to be worse since I’ve been using symmetrical mice for years. But in the end, it fits the hand very well. The size helps too, since it’s a bit of a beast. The only bad thing is the scroll wheel. I previously had the Microsoft Designer Mouse and it had a very stiff wheel. So you needed force to move it and I had gotten quite used to it. Now it bothers me that it’s relatively loose. I won’t comment on the infinite scrolling since I don’t even have a sense of the wheel.
The shortcuts are a bonus and I’ve set some of my own there. I don’t use professional applications to make much use of them, just some minor stuff.
Ήμουν διστακτικός λόγω των παλιότερων ποντικιών που είχαν κάτι σαν λάστιχο. Εδώ είναι πλαστικό κάι μέχρι στιγμής πάει καλά. Κράτημα πολύ καλό. Το περίμενα χειρότερο μιας που χρησιμοποιώ συμμετρικά ποντίκια εδώ και χρόνια. Αλλά τελικά αγκαλιάζει το χέρι πολύ καλά. Βοηθάει και το μέγεθος μιας που είναι ολίγον τέρας. Το μόνο άσχημο είναι η ροδέλα. Είχα πριν το Microsoft Designer Mouse και είχε πολύ σκληρή ροδέλα. Οπότε ήθελε δύναμη να την κινήσεις και το είχα συνηθήσει αρκετά. Τώρα με χαλάει που είναι σχετικά χαλαρή. Το infinite scrolling δεν το σχολιάζω καθώς δεν έχω καν αίσθηση της ροδέλας.
Οι συντομεύσεις είναι ένα έξτρα και έχω βάλει κάτι δικά μου εκεί. Δεν δουλεύω επαγγελματικές εφαρμογές να κάνω αρκετή χρήση άλλα κάτι "ψιλά".
The Logitech MX Master 4 is the classic example of perfect hardware, terrible software.
Ergonomically? Flawless. One of the most comfortable mice I have ever used, ideal for long hours of work. The build quality is also top-notch and clearly improved compared to the previous model.
And that's where the good things end.
The software is disappointing to the point that it cancels out basic features of the device. The infamous Action Ring is essentially useless when used with ADOBE programs. In practice, not only does it not help, but it actually manages to slow down the workflow.
Tested the Action Ring plugin with Illustrator and Photoshop: delays, freezes, and frustration. Instead of speeding up the work, it slows it down. Simple keyboard shortcuts are much faster and more reliable.
I face the same freezes with the haptic feedback plugin. If it is enabled in Illustrator and Photoshop, it creates a delay and freezing in the program. As soon as I disabled it, everything ran smoothly.
I honestly wonder how it's even a selling point on the box that it works with Adobe programs.

Από εργονομία; Άψογο. Από τα πιο άνετα ποντίκια που έχω χρησιμοποιήσει, ιδανικό για πολύωρη δουλειά. Η ποιότητα κατασκευής είναι επίσης κορυφαία και ξεκάθαρα βελτιωμένη σε σχέση με το προηγούμενο μοντέλο.
Και κάπου εδώ τελειώνουν τα καλά.
Το λογισμικό είναι απογοητευτικό σε σημείο που ακυρώνει βασικά features της συσκευής. Το περιβόητο Action Ring είναι ουσιαστικά άχρηστο σε χρήση με προγράμματα ADOBE. Στην πράξη όχι μόνο δεν βοηθάει, αλλά καταφέρνει να κάνει το workflow πιο αργό.
Δοκιμή plugin του Action Ring με Illustrator και Photoshop: καθυστερήσεις, κολλήματα και εκνευρισμός. Αντί να επιταχύνει τη δουλειά, τη φρενάρει. Τα απλά keyboard shortcuts είναι πολύ πιο γρήγορα και αξιόπιστα.
Τα ιδια κολλυματα αντιμετωπιζω και με το plugin του haptic feedback. Aν είναι ενεργοποιημένο σε Illustrator και Photoshop δημιουργεί μια καθυστερήση και κόλλημα στο προγράμμα. Με του που το απενεργοποίησα ολα κυλούν ομάλα.
Πραγματικά απορώ που ειναι και selling point πανω στο κουτι του οτι συνεργάζετε με τα προγράμματα της Adobe.
