- Immerse it in boiling water for about 15-20 seconds or until you see the edges shrink.
- Then remove it from the heat source and let it cool for a few seconds. DO NOT place the mouthguard in the water while boiling.
- Carefully place the mouthguard on the upper jaw. With your lips pressed together, suck out all the air to achieve an accurate fit on your teeth.
- Use your tongue to apply pressure to the inner walls while simultaneously pressing the outer walls with your fingers.
- Do not chew the mouthguard during fitting to ensure it is as precise as possible.
- This process will take 1 minute. Once finished, place it in cold water for 2 minutes and the mouthguard is ready for use. If the mouthguard is not accurate, repeat the steps.
- After each use, clean it thoroughly. Use only one mouthguard at a time and replace it when worn out.
This process is done ONLY the first time.
