• Do not use the dishwasher.
• Before first use, clean with hot water (65°C) and liquid soap, then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• After each use, always clean with water and soap, rinse well, and dry to prevent the wood from remaining damp for a long time.
• After rinsing, place it upright and store it once it has completely dried.
• For better care, regularly apply olive oil. Leave it overnight to absorb.
• Vinegar naturally disinfects the wood.
• For frequent disinfection, it is recommended to place the wood at 65°C for a few minutes (e.g., using oven air).
