The DDT auger is ideal for creating deep and narrow holes without the need for a mattock. It is the perfect choice for "planting" pears in orchards or during construction on rural properties. This auger features a drill bit with a diameter of 150 mm and a length of 800 mm, considered sufficiently large for depth requirements, even for supporting pear trees in fertile soils. Smaller diameters of 100 mm (not included in the set) can be used for planting new trees.

The auger can be easily transported and handled by one person, thanks to the two-handle grip. Drilling a vertical hole in the ground is simple, adjusting the throttle and effort according to soil hardness and drill bit diameter.
