INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Warm the compress in warm water for 30 seconds. If the compress is still too cold, re-immerse it in water in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. You can also warm it in the microwave: wrap it in a damp towel and heat for 15 seconds at medium power.
