Mozart (1756–1791) was one of the most important composers of the Classical era. His music, from operas and concertos to quartets, continues to inspire people worldwide.

The illustration on the cover is based on the ballet La Chasse, featuring hunting themes and playful scenes among herders and Cupids, popular in Mozart's time. Only a small part of the work has been preserved, but its influence remains timeless.
