To make an infusion, steep 1 tablespoon in 1 cup of boiling water in a covered container for 10–15 minutes, then strain. For washing, prepare a stronger decoction using 50–60 g per 1 litre of water. Store in a dark, cool place at 5–15 °C. Excessive consumption may cause allergic reactions in people with sensitivities; avoid use during pregnancy.
