Uses: Baking soda is an antacid used to relieve heartburn and indigestion. It is recommended to take it 1 to 2 hours after meals, dissolved in a full glass of water. It should not be taken immediately after eating.

Properties:

• Helps the kidneys eliminate uric acid crystals.
• Contributes to the prevention of gouty arthritis.
• Reduces the risk of kidney stone formation.
• May enhance the effectiveness of certain medications.
• Besides relieving acidosis, it can help remove residues from medications.

Dosage: Dissolve the recommended amount in cold water. Do not exceed seven doses of half a teaspoon per day. For people over 60 years old, the maximum number of doses is three with half a teaspoon per day.
