Champion Pu-erh Cake black tea comes from Yunnan Province, China, and is compressed into a cake shape. This 2017 harvest has notes of earth, cocoa and spices, with a long finish. Its flavor is preserved as it ages and may change at different stages of maturation.
To prepare, break off about 2 g of tea and rinse the leaves with hot water for 1 minute. Then steep them in hot water for 3–5 minutes. A second infusion is also possible, with a steeping time of about 7 minutes.
