Characteristics:

  • Infusion: medium body with earthy, slightly grassy flavor.
  • Preparation method: break off a small piece of about 2g, rinse with hot water for 1 minute, and steep in warm water for 3-5 minutes.
  • Possibility of a second infusion with a longer time (about 7 minutes).
