  • This review is about the memory: 8 GB

Excellent, silent, very fast card that has ample overclocking margin due to the triple fan. By far the best implementation of the 5060 TI 8GB with MSI's warranty.

  • This review is about the memory: 8 GB

Excellent card for 1080p gaming with very good performance and low power consumption. The MSI implementation is particularly quiet with low temperatures even in demanding games, while the cooling system does an excellent job. Power consumption remains at reasonable levels and the build quality is very good with a metal backplate and discreet RGB lighting.

I initially tested it on Rust, one of the most demanding games for CPU and RAM, especially on servers with 500-700 players. At first, performance was lower than expected with about 110 to 130 FPS and the game did not have the smoothness I expected. After a deep check, many old Intel drivers from my previous specs were found because I hadn't formatted, which affected performance. After cleaning the drivers and enabling Resizable BAR (Rebar) and above 4G Decoding, the difference was immediately noticeable—full smooth gameplay.

Now, in the same spots and on the same servers, I often see 180 to 190 FPS while the game is much smoother, even with Discord, Spotify, and NVIDIA Overlay, which used to ruin the smoothness in the background. It was full smooth. The 5060 Ti combined with the Ryzen 7 5700X proved to be much more powerful than it initially seemed and is an excellent choice for competitive games and demanding games like Rust.

Excellent implementation of NVIDIA's GB206 with Blackwell architecture by MSI.
Low temperatures and almost silent in operation.
The maximum consumption of 180W, which will rarely be required, makes it particularly energy efficient.
It has a metal backplate, quality plastic parts, and discreet ARGB.
It is dual slot, with a length of 30cm and a weight of about 840g.
It has a slight factory overclock with a boost clock at 2647 MHz.
Power is supplied via a 1x16 pin connector, which may be a disadvantage for some. Personally, I don't think there is any reason to worry about overheating due to the low power consumption.
The package includes a 2x8 to 1x16 power adapter for those who do not have an ATX 3.1 power supply and a magnetic GPU holder.
Excellent for gaming at 1080p and 1440p.
