It can be washed either in the dishwasher (at temperatures up to 50°C) or by hand, using lukewarm water and a soft cloth. It effectively resists stains and should be cleaned using a detergent with a pH between 5 and 7, specially designed for synthetic materials.

However, beverages containing anise, such as Pernod, ouzo, and raki, may damage the material, so it is recommended to rinse the glass immediately after use.
