The Convivio MAXI serving plate is a rectangular volcanic stone cooking plate, measuring 23x37 cm. It is available with a base made of 18/10 stainless steel and a wooden tray measuring 24x45 cm, available in dark or natural finish. The base is constructed from 18/10 stainless steel and designed to securely hold the plate while allowing easy handling.

By positioning the base upright, space is created for the burners beneath the plate to keep it warm, enabling the cooking of meat and vegetables for four people at the table. If the base is flipped and placed on the opposite side of the tray, food can be cooked on the hot plate (preheated in an oven or on an induction cooktop) for approximately 20 minutes, without using burners.
