Ola Bio matcha tea is finely ground green tea powder made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. It is produced from tencha leaves and can be enjoyed as a drink or added to smoothies, plant-based drinks, juices and sweet recipes.

To prepare as a drink, dissolve ½ to 1 teaspoon in a cup of hot water just before it reaches boiling point, then whisk until frothy. Due to its naturally occurring caffeine, it is recommended to consume it at least six hours before bedtime.
