The Levenhuk Rainbow 50L biological microscope features multi-coated optics and two LED light sources, above and below the stage. The illumination has adjustable brightness and allows you to observe transparent, opaque, and translucent specimens. The head is inclined at 45° and rotates 360°.

The microscope can be powered by an AC outlet or two AA batteries. It comes with a plastic carrying and storage case, as well as the Levenhuk K50 experiment kit. The kit includes tools and materials for preparing specimens, five prepared slides, and five blank slides.
